The Win95 version supports Microsoft's DirectX API.  For its 3D graphics rendering, it supports both Microsoft Direct3D as well as 3Dfx's Glide (and for those of you without a 3D graphics accellerator card, it also has a software renderer, though it is recommended that you use Direct3D or Glide to get the full experience).  When you're using D3D or Glide, it will actually look better than the N64 and PSX versions since it has larger textures than the N64 version, but at same time has anti-aliasing which the N64 is capable of but the PSX isn't.  Any joysticks and controllers supported by DirectX can obviously be used.
